Brick and Mortar Store Return Policies
Each return senario is left up to the discretion of the respective store to which you are requesting a return or exchange. No one customer experience is the same, therefore we treat every individual and their situation separately so that we may better accomodate you and your needs.
All items must be returned in their ORIGINAL sale condition. For refunds (cash or credit card) returns must be accompanied by an itemized receipt. The item must be returned within two weeks of the sale date. Certain restrictions apply. Ask store associate for details. After two weeks, or if there is no receipt, store credit will be issued for products that are currently stocked in inventory. Video games, car seats, and strollers are NOT returnable at this location. Gift certificates may only be redeemed for store credit.
On-Line Return Policy
We will gladly issue a refund for items returned with their original packing slip and/or gift receipt. Please make sure we have your contact information (phone & e-mail) so that we can expedite your return as quickly as possible.
If an item is damaged, defective, or any thing else of the sort, we will gladly offer an exchange, even if the item is not in its orginal packaging, so long as a packling slip and/or gift receipt is included.
How to Return or Exchange an Item
It's easy to return or exchange any item. Please save your packing slip. It is vital documentation if you need to return or exchange an item.

If you no longer have your original packing slip, please contact us and we will gladly work with you to meet your needs.
Note: unless the return/exchange is due to an error, we can't refund shipping charges. We can only issue credit to a credit card on items accompanied by their original packing slip. Items returned without an original packing slip are eligible for electronic gift certificate only. Items returned more than 30 days after receipt are not eligible for return/exchange without prior approval.
Damaged / Incorrect / Defective Items
We take great care in filling your order. But, from time to time, we may make a mistake. If you received the wrong item, please contact us immediatly at (410) 944-7777, so that we can remedy the problem. We will do whatever it takes (issue a call tag, refund, etc.) to make you happy.
On occasion, packages may be damaged in transit from our warehouse to their final destination . Always inspect your merchandise as soon as it arrives, and contact us immediately if an item arrives damaged so that we can have the item picked up and replaced.
If upon opening a toy, you find that it is defective, we ask that you contact us at (410) 944-7777 and describe the problem. Sometimes we can send a replacement part to fix a problem, other times we will replace the entire toy.
